You can delete your KanjiMaster account and all associated data at any time, in two ways.

One shared sign-in: KanaMaster and KanjiMaster (both by Edison Studios) use the same account. Deleting it deletes your sign-in for both apps, together with your synced progress and friends. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open KanjiMaster and make sure you are signed in.
On the Home screen, tap the Settings gear (⚙︎).
In the Account field, tap Delete account…
Type DELETE in the box to confirm.
Tap Delete forever.

Your account is deleted immediately, for both KanaMaster and KanjiMaster, and the app clears the data stored on this device.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@edisonstudios.app with the subject "Delete my KanjiMaster account" from the email tied to your account. We delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account / sign-in identity (email, Apple, or Google link & user ID) — shared by KanaMaster and KanjiMaster, so it is removed for both apps
Your display name and friend code
Your friend connections
Your synced learning progress (scores, review schedules, streaks, quests, achievements, cosmetics, compose drafts) and its saved history
Bug reports linked to your account

What is kept

Purchase/entitlement records (Supporter Pack, omamori) are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as required so paid items remain restorable; these records contain no profile data. If you reinstall, your supporter status comes back with Restore purchases in the app's Store, using the same App Store / Google Play account. Otherwise only anonymous per-install counters (keyed to a random device ID, not linked to your account) and anonymous aggregate statistics (counts not linked to you or any identifier) are retained.

Retention

Account data is removed immediately on in-app deletion, or within 7 days of an email request.

アカウントの削除（日本語）

KanjiMaster のアカウントと関連データはいつでも削除できます。

共通アカウント：KanaMaster と KanjiMaster は同じサインインを使用しています。削除すると両方のアプリのアカウントが、学習進捗・フレンドの情報とともに削除されます。元に戻すことはできません。

方法1：アプリ内（即時）

サインインした状態で KanjiMaster を開く。
ホーム画面の歯車（⚙︎ 設定）をタップ。
「Account」欄の Delete account… をタップ。
入力欄に DELETE と入力。
Delete forever をタップ。

KanaMaster・KanjiMaster の両方で、すぐに削除され、この端末内のデータも消去されます。

方法2：メール

アカウントに使用しているメールから support@edisonstudios.app 宛に「アカウント削除希望」と送信してください（7日以内に削除）。

削除される情報

サインインアカウント（KanaMaster・KanjiMaster 共通）・表示名・フレンドコード・フレンドの情報・アカウントに紐づく学習進捗とその履歴・アカウントに紐づくバグ報告。

保持される情報

購入記録（サポーターパック・お守り。復元のため App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat が保持。個人プロフィールは含みません）、アカウントに紐づかない端末単位の匿名カウンター、個人を特定できない匿名の集計データのみ。再インストール後も、同じ App Store / Google Play アカウントでアプリ内ストアの Restore purchases を使えばサポーター特典が復元されます。
